Today’s Face - 04/18/11
From left to right: Mario Badescu rosewater facial spray, Chapstick Original, Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Natural Beauty, Maybelline clear mascara (used on brows and lashes), Frederic Fekkai Glossing Spray, Clinique All About Eyes Rich, Garnier Anti-Dark Circle eye roller, Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer in Nude, Origins VitaZing, Almay Smart Shade pressed powder.
After two days of rest, Monday morning was surprisingly difficult.  To keep things simple and to get myself out the door, I went with a shiny hair/dewy face look.  The Frederic Fekkai glossing spray is absolutely wonderful; I was originally partial to the glossing cream from the same line, but it often left my hair greasy after day one. I find that using the spray instead of the cream helps me get more wear out of a blowout.  I finished off my face (and roots!) with a spritz of rosewater to lock in moisture.  I re-spritz throughout the day to freshen up; for only $7, I keep a bottle of it everywhere!
On an unrelated note, my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer exploded into its cap, an air bubble perhaps.  Thankfully it didn’t get anywhere in my makeup bag, but I really hate when that happens.
